Gregory Hobbs, Jr. is a former justice of the Colorado Supreme Court and one of the state's leading water law scholars. He is the author of many books, articles, and poems dealing with Colorado's water resources, including his most recent book, The Public's Water Resource: Articles on Water Law, History, and Culture (Denver: CLE in Colorado, 2010).
