Kornfeld, Marcel

Professor of Anthropology

Kornfeld has taught anthropology at the University of Wyoming for nearly thirty years and has investigated North American prehistory in the Rocky Mountains and the western Great Plains for forty years. He has published on the first Americans of Colorado and Wyoming, chipped stone technology, zooarchaeology, hunter-gatherers of the Rockies and Plains, and rural Euroamericans.
